We’re proud to showcase one of our latest projects – a full refrigeration and fit-out job at The Hills of Rivermakers in Morningside.

Complete Panel Construction:
Building a strong, efficient foundation for temperature control.
Electrical Work:
Full electrical installation, featuring bright, energy-saving LED UFO lighting.
External Access Door & Ramp:
A custom external sliding door and concrete ramp to allow easy unloading access for refrigerated trucks.
Concrete Works:
Full concreting of the entire area, ensuring a durable, easy-to-maintain workspace.
Refrigeration Install:
Installation of two evaporators down each aisle, positioned to ensure optimal airflow and consistent cooling throughout the space.

Not only did we complete the fit-out but we’re also continuing to support Rivermakers through regular servicing and maintenance, ensuring their room operates efficiently and reliably into the future. Our ongoing care helps safeguard their products and extends the life of their refrigeration system.
