Scope of work completed:
Interior Fit-Out
All new flooring and ceiling tiles installed, partition walls fitted, 10mm glass walls with privacy frosting applied and fresh paint throughout.
Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades
Removal of the old air conditioning system, installation of new ducted options, electrical reinstatement and new cabling for central control access.
IT & Infrastructure Improvements
New plant racks commissioned, condensation drainage installed and system fully tested and
commissioned.
